Who We Are

We're the opposite of every other brand out there.  While everyone is busy trying to embrace winning, and success, and "the grind"...no one talks about what it's really about...Getting the job done, doing it Right, and having Faith that it's going to happen.  In that, we embrace losing, and failing, and falling short of our goals.

WHAT?? Why???  Because without losing, without failing, there is No growth.  There is No learning.  There is No opportunity to become better than what you were previously.  And it's necessary for the accumulation of experience, and wisdom, and knowledge, which gives you the power and confidence when it's time for action.  It's the art of Mastery at it's finest.

The difference is this - No matter how many times you get beaten down, or how bad you feel battered, or how, at times, hopeless it may seem...there is something deep within you that just won't let you stop.  You still show up every single day and you find a way to get it done.  It's not easy, but you endure.  Whatever is thrown at you, whatever the task is, you always find a way to RIS to every occasion.  When it comes down to it, that Fight, Determination, and Refusal to quit isn't talent, it's All Heart.

What is RIS

RIS is pronounced Rise.  The inspiration for the name came from a boxer in the 1920s and 30s, whose nickname was the "Cleveland Rubberman".  Johnny Risko embodied everything that was described above.  He was a top ranked Heavyweight fighter who had a respectable record, with more wins than losses.  He was never the Heavyweight Champion, but good enough to beat 7 fighters who held the belt.  Hall of Famer Gene Tunney said he was the toughest man he ever fought.  His style was exactly who we are.  He could take a beating, be injured, and just keep fighting.  There was no quit.  So that's where RIS comes from.  Rubberman Inspired...Seacell - R I S

But then we had to think of a different acronym for RIS because we thought you'd think...what the heck is this Rubberman thing?  So what are 3 words that put everything together???

RESILIENCE              INSPIRED              STAMINA

When you have to show up everyday, the Heart tells you to keep going ~ RESILIENCE

Overrides the voice in your head telling you to quit, so you keep Fighting ~ INSPIRED

Never lets you fatigue, being tired isn't an option ~ STAMINA.
